I've wanted to be a writer ever since I was a little girl, penning tales with my best friend Jaime about far off places, and breathtaking romances. Though most of those stories are gone now, I still have a fondness in my heart for a special mer-man named Alaric.

Since then, I've gotten older (but not grown up mind you, I firmly believe the instant one grows up, they begin a steady decline to death), written countless stories and poems, and now am chasing the dream that began so long ago: becoming a published author.

I'm also the proud mommy of two teenage stepchildren, a dog, an infamous preschooler known to most of the world as Bay, and an infant. Throw in my passion for reading, a job, and a house that doesn't clean itself, and my life is chaos. But I love it.
